The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe is pending before the respondent Scrutiny Committee since 19.01.2026. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of prosecuting his higher studies, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of September 2026, in accordance with law and on it's own merits.
