At the outset, the petitioner seeks leave to correct the title clause. Leave is granted. Necessary correction be carried out forthwith.

The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe is pending with respondent Scrutiny Committee since 16.03.2018. The petitioner, therefore, seeks expeditious disposal of his tribe claim. 4.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been deprived from getting service benefits, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and
