By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe expeditiously, which is pending with the Scrutiny Committee since 12.08.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance cell inquiry report pertaining to real sister of the petitioner is already on record and the petitioner is ready to adopt the said vigilance cell inquiry report. Considering the

(2) 950 WP-2730.2026.odt same, we direct the respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of June 2026, in accordance with law and on it's own merits.
