By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe expeditiously, which is pending with the Scrutiny Committee since 24.07.2025.

Since the petitioner is desirous of appearing for JEE (Main) examination and needs the validity certificate, we direct the respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and
