Learned Advocate for Petitioners points out communication dated 17.02.2026. Thereby it was informed that temporary seniority list has been prepared and for that purpose, scrutiny was to be undertaken. Learned Advocate for Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 is producing a photocopy of letter of today's date, from Education Officer to the Block Development Officer informing that in order to
- 2 - wp2737.26.odt hear the objections, hearing has been convened at 4.00 pm on 16.03.2026 by the Chief Executive Officer. However, it appears that it is restricting to the teachers who have cleared TET examination. Said letter is taken on record by marking Exhibit 'X'. It indicates that the list has not been finally published. Learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have appeared for the TET examination and the results are awaited. The seniority list in question is for the year 2025-2026. In such circumstances, we direct Respondent No. 5 not to finalise the list till the next date. 3.
Respondents to file affidavit-in-reply within two weeks. Copy of the same be given to the other side in advance. 4.
