Having heard learned counsel for the Petitioner for some time, he states that the Petitioners are not pressing the prayers in the Petition in view of the statement made by Mr. Samant, learned AGP appearing for the Respondent-State.

Mr. Samant states on instructions of Ms. Bhagyashree Rangari, Legal Consultant, National Health Mission, Mumbai that the Petitioners at present are not being relieved and in the event the decision is taken to relieve them, it shall be done in accordance with law. The statement is accepted. In the event the Respondent-State decides to relieve the Petitioners, a period of 15 days advance notice to be given to the Petitioners. Shubham 1/2

In view of the above, the Petition is disposed of. 4.

It is clarified that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of this Petition, in passing the above order.
