The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe is pending with the respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee since 30.12.2015 and the petitioner is therefore, seeking direction that same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for NEET Examination, 2026 and needs validity certificate.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee to make an endeavour to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of July 2026.
