By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe which is pending with respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee since 30.09.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance cell enquiry report of his father dated 08.10.2024 is already on record and the petitioner is ready to adopt the said vigilance cell enquiry report. 4.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of June 2026 on its own merits and in accordance with law.
