After disinclination is shown to grant any relief, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to go before the same authority under RTI Act for execution of the order passed by respondent No.1. In view of the said statement, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty as prayed.

The concerned authority, in case, if the point of limitation arises, then should consider the period spent by the petitioner before this Court in persuading the present writ petition.
