The present petition has been filed for direction to Respondent No. 2 to include the names of the Petitioners in the Shalarth ID. 3.

Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of all the Respondents and submits that Respondent No. 2 has found out some deficiencies in the proposal and therefore, has made communication to Respondent No. 3. Immediately after the defects are removed by the management and the proposal is received by Respondent No. 2, it would be decided within a period of eight weeks from today.

Taking into consideration the development in the matter, we direct Respondent No. 3 to get the defects cured within a period of 15 days from today and forward the same to Respondent No. 2. Respondent No. 2 to decide the said proposal thereafter within a period of eight weeks. With these directions, we dispose of the writ petition.
