Learned AGP submits a photocopy of the letter issued by the Chief Architect, Maharashtra State, PWD Division, stating that the proposal was returned to the Collector's office for removal of deficiencies. The said letter is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X'. According to the Chief Architect, after the requisite documents are received by him, he would take an appropriate decision. 2.
We then directed the learned AGP to take instructions from the Collector. Upon instructions, he submits that the proposal has now been sent to the Chief Officer, Georai Municipal Council, and after removal of the deficiencies by the said authority, the Collector would forward the

The authority from the Collector's office has assured that the work of removing the deficiencies would be completed within a period of one (1) month from today, and thereafter the proposal would be forwarded to the Chief Architect within a period of two (2) weeks.
