: Smt. Vibha Kankanwadi & Hiten S. Venegavkar, JJ.
DATE : 10th April, 2026 PER COURT :- 1.
Though the learned Advocate, Mr. Kulkarni holding for learned Advocate, Mr. Sawant seeks accommodation, we can see that the petitioner had come with 3 to 4 prayers. One was to direct the respondent Nos. 2 and 4 to take cognizance of the representation by the petitioner dated 21.01.2026 and 20.02.2026. The second prayer was to direct the respondent Nos. 2 and 4 to conduct Meena Bajar and Eid Bajar on open ground, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Ground, Beed and the third prayer was to restrain the respondent Nos. 2 and 4 from conducting Meena Bajar and Eid Bajar on Bashirganj Road. From the record, it can be seen that the said bajar i.e., Meena Bajar or Eid Bajar is organized every year at the time of Ramjan Eid. Now, Ramjan Eid is over. 921-WP-2823-2026.odt

Under such circumstance, in our opinion, the matter has become infructuous, and therefore, we dispose of the writ petition. (Hiten S. Venegavkar, J.) (Smt. Vibha Kankanwadi, J.) B. S. Joshi 921-WP-2823-2026.odt
