This writ petition has been filed for the limited purpose of seeking a direction that the petitioner's tribe claim of belonging to the 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe, which is pending before Respondent No. 2 / Scrutiny Committee, be decided expeditiously. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings were heard on 10/12/2025 and that the matter has since been closed for orders.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the final order on the petitioner's tribe claim will be passed within a period of two weeks from today. We accept this statement and disposed of the writ petition accordingly.
