The petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to the 'Tokre Koli' community, which is pending with Respondent No. 2 / Scrutiny Committee since 28/10/2022. 3.

Considering that the petitioner may face cancellation of her admission to the GNM Course, we direct Respondent No. 2 / Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of June 2026. 4.

Till the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided, respondent No.3- College shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner solely on the ground of non-submission of validity certificate.

Needless to state that, the protection granted by this court will be in operation only till the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided and he would not claim any equities.

The petitioner shall extend full co-operation in deciding the tribe claim.
