By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner challenges order dated 19th December, 2025 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Goods and Service Tax, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, being without jurisdiction.

Under Section 107 of the Goods and Service Tax Act the Petitioner has remedy of filing appeal.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner tried to argue that since the order is without jurisdiction, the Writ Petition filed by the Petitioner is maintainable.

There cannot be any dispute about the said proposition. However, in view of availability of alternate efficacious remedy of statutory appeal, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.
