Present petition has been filed for following relief :- B) The Hon'ble High Court be pleased issue a writ of mandamus directing Respondents No. 2 to 4 to consider and decide Petitioners representation/complaint dt. 15/01/2026 strictly in accordance with Clause 5(ii) of the Public Notice dt. 01/11/2025 within a time-bound period.

Learned AGP after waiving notice for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 has placed on record communication dated 23.02.2026. It is taken on record by marking Exhibit 'X'. It is the work order that has been issued.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioners then submits that in view of the objections by the present Petitioner dated 15.01.2026, the spot has been changed and therefore, on instructions from the Petitioners, he seeks withdrawal of the petition.

It appears from work order Exhibit X that the environmental clearance and other clearances as required in law have been taken and in view of the said statement, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
