In view of our order dated 20th April 2026, we have received the status report from Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalgaon, whereby it has been informed that Criminal M.A.No.698 of 2025 has been decided by him on 07.03.2026. The present petition was filed seeking directions to the said Court to decide the application under Section 14 of SARFAESI Act, 2002 within a stipulated period. 2.
