The petitioners are seeking expeditious disposal of their Tribe Claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe which is pending before Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee since 16.12.2024.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Vigilance Cell Enquiry has been conducted and even the report has been submitted before Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee. He would further submit that the petitioners have already filed their reply to the Vigilance Cell Enquiry Report.

In that view of the matter, we direct Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to hear the petitioner and decide the same as Narwade

With these direction Writ Petition stands disposed of. 6.
