The tribe claims of the petitioners of belonging to 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe are pending with Respondent No.2Scrutiny Committee since 14.11.2024 and 17.12.2024 respectively and therefore the petitioners are seeking direction that the said tribe claims be directed to be decided expeditiously. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Vigilance Cell Enquiry Report filed in respect of real sister of Petitioner No.2, namely, Madhura Nagesh Bondle is already on record before Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee and the petitioners are adopting the said Vigilance Cell Enquiry Report. 3.

In that view of the matter, we direct Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Narwade

926-wp-2880-2026 -2Committee to make an endeavor to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of June 2026 in accordance with law and on its own merit. Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee may also conduct fresh Vigilance Cell Enquiry, if needed.
