The petitioner's tribe validity claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe has been submitted on 05.02.2026 before Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee and therefore the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of the said tribe claim. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Vigilance Cell Enquiry Report in respect of his cousin brother has already been filed during his tribe claim and the petitioner is adopting the said Vigilance Cell Enquiry Report.

In that view of the matter, we direct Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to make an endeavor to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of August 2026 in accordance with law and on its own merit. Narwade

927-wp-2881-2026 -2Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee may also conduct fresh Vigilance Cell Enquiry, if needed.
