CORAM : S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J.
DATED : 18th MARCH, 2026.
P.C.:- 1.
The present Writ Petition is filed with following prayer: "B.
Quash and set aside the order dated 08.01.2026 passed by the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Forest department, Government of Maharashtra in revision application No.RTS-3324/3814/PK 502/J-6/PK 584(11)2024 and the order dated 09.08.2024 passed by Additional Commissioner, Nashik division, Nashik in revision application no.536 of 2022 and restore the order dated 29.01.2021 pass in R.T.S. Appeal No.18 of 2020 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Shirdi, thereby setting aside and cancelling the mutation entry no.5915, of gut No.214 admeasuring 0.01 Are land."
2.
The dispute raised in present Writ Petition revolves around Mutation Entry No.5915 in respect of land Gut No.214 admeasuring 0.01 R. The aforesaid mutation entry is taken in deference to sale deed no.1347/2019 dated 10.04.2019 executed by petitioner in favour of respondent nos.5 to 8. Admittedly, petitioner has filed Regular Civil Suit No.37/2020 before Civil Judge Junior Division, Kopargaon assailing validity of sale deed no.1347/2019 executed in favour of respondent nos.5 to 8. The suit is pending trial before Court.

In this backdrop, this Court need not delve into legality and validity of order impugned in this petition. It would suffice, if aforesaid orders are made subject to final decision to be rendered in suit.
4.
In result, Writ Petition stands rejected with direction that mutation entry no.5915 shall be subject to final decision in Regular Civil Suit No.37/2020 pending before learned Civil Judge Junior Division at Kopargaon.
