Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 - Commissioner of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune to decide the proposal dated 03.06.2025 of petitioner for approval for transfer from 40% aided to 80% aided division, by calling it from Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, within a period of one month. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 5. Upon instructions, learned AGP submits that respondent No.2 - Commissioner of Education, Pune would call the proposal of petitioner from respondent No.5 -

1_WP_2922_2026 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad within a period of two weeks and decide the said proposal within a period of eight weeks thereafter. We take the said statement as undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to call the proposal of petitioner from respondent No.5 within a period of two weeks and after making scrutiny and giving hearing to petitioner, if required, decide the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
