Though the petitioner seeks directions to take action against the respondent no.7, that stage will not come unless the representation of the petitioner is decided by the respondent no.2 or 3, who would be the appointing authority for respondent no.7 for the post of Asha Worker. 2.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent no.1 and Mr. S. R. Dheple, learned Advocate waives service of notice for respondent nos.2 to 6 and submits that the respondent no.2 would decide the representations of the petitioner dated 04.12.2025 and 06.01.2026 within a period of eight weeks from today.
