2) Petitioner is aggrieved by the quantum of interim compensation fixed by the Appellate Court while granting stay to the eviction decree. It is contended that the suit premises admeasures 200 sq.ft. and are located on a prominent location of MG Road, Pune. Reliance is placed on a comparable instance where similar shop premises admeasuring 750 sq.ft.are granted on license fees of Rs.2,70,000/- which comes to be Rs.360 per sq.ft.
