We have heard learned counsel for the Petitioners for some time. 2.

We find that in the peculiar facts of the present case, for the present it would be necessary for Respondent No. 7, being the contesting Respondent, to file its reply affidavit at the earliest, as we find that the Petitioner No.1 being the secured creditor is pressing for taking physical possession of the subject property. 3.

Respondent No. 7 has filed an appeal before the DRAT to varsha

19-wp-5981-2026.doc challenge the order dated 21/11/2025 passed by the DRT-II, Mumbai, in Securitisaion Application No. 466 of 2025. It is claimed that despite preacipes being moved, the DRAT has not taken up the appeal for consideration.

Respondent No.7 shall file its reply affidavit on or before 23th March 2026.

List the Petition under the category of 'fresh matters' on 25th March 2026.
