It is submitted that by order dated 23.03.2026 passed in this writ petition, Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Mumbai (DRT) was directed to dispose of Interim Application No.1685 of 2025 and 2063 of 2025 in S.A. No.21 of 2023 on or before 30.04.2026.

It is submitted that although the interim applications have been taken up for consideration from time to time, extension of time would be required for the DRT to dispose of the interim applications. 4.

In view of the above, DRT-I, Mumbai is granted extension of time by two weeks to dispose of the aforesaid interim applications. 5.

The praecipe is disposed of.
