Mr. Deshmukh, learned advocate appearing for petitioners submits that although petitioners are accepted as members of trust by communication issued by President and Secretary dated 20.04.2016, they are excluded from participating in election process as per election program published on 04.03.2026. It appears that Inspector of public trust has rejected petitioners objection to primary voters list holding that elections are to be conducted on the basis of members who were admitted prior to 2012.

In view of submissions advanced, issue notice to respondents, returnable on 30.03.2026. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent no.1. 4.
