The petitioner's tribe claim of belonging to "Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe is pending with respondent Scrutiny Committee since 09.09.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance cell inquiry report of the real brother of petitioner is already on record of the Scrutiny Committee and the petitioner is ready to adopt the same.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for NEET-UG Examination-2026, we direct the

(2) 937 WP-3060.2026.odt respondent Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of June 2026.
