Present petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to accord the permission to go ahead with the selection process started in the year 2022 and to fill the vacant posts on regular basis with the petitioner institution.

It appears that the petitioner had sought permission from respondent No.4 on 10.07.2025 seeking permission to go ahead with the recruitment process. It appears that respondent No.4 has forwarded the same to respondent No.1 by communication dated 11.08.2025. Respondent No.3 had then given the decision/communication on 15.10.2025, which was then communicated by respondent No.4 to the petitioner on 28.10.2025, wherein it has been communicated that a proposal has been given for staffing pattern and in the said proposal dated 15.10.2025, there is name of present petitioner institution only after the decision on the said letter dated 15.10.2025 by the

( 2 ) 924 WP 3061 OF 2026 State Government. The decision would be taken whether to allow the petitioner to fill up the vacant posts or not. This chain of communication shows that ultimately the said communication dated 10.07.2025 has not been finally decided by respondent No.4.

Under such circumstances, we dispose of the petition by directing respondent No.4 to decide the said proposal/communication dated 10.07.2025 within a period of eight weeks from today. ( AJIT B. KADETHANKAR, J. ) ( SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI, J. ) PRW
