Present petition has been filed for following reliefs: B.

By issuing appropriate writ, orders or directions in the nature of writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, the petitioner may kindly be transferred on vacant post from Zilla Parishad, Beed to Zilla Parishad, Parbhani as per her request for inter district transfer OR in the alternate respondents may please be directed to decide the petitioner the representation/proposal dtd 08.05.2025 in accordance with law in the interest of justice.

The petitioner who is serving in Beed district as Anganwadi Supervisor states that she is suffering from cancer and is taking treatment at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar as well as Nashik. She want transfer from Beed district to Parbhani district on a vacant post.

Learned Advocate Mr. P. D. Suryawanshi waives service of notice for respondent no.3, 5 and 6 and learned Advocate Mr. Anup Nikam waives service of notice for respondent no.4. Learned Advocate for the respondent no.3, 5 and 6 submits that the action would be taken in respect of the said representation within a period of two weeks from today.

Learned Advocate for respondent no.4 also submits that the respondent no.4 would respond to the communication, if any, that would be made by respondent no.3 as early as possible. 5.

We have considered those statements so also taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is stated to be suffering from cancer and as regards the corrigendum published by the State Government on 07.09.2018 giving preference to the employees' transfer who are suffering from cancer or any other serious illness, the respondent nos.3 and 4 to decide the representation sympathetically after the petitioner provides adequate proof to support her ground. With these observations, we dispose of the Writ Petition.
