Present writ petition takes exception to the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer in Revision Application as well as order passed by Mamlatdar in proceeding under section 5 of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act.

On prima facie consideration of the material on record, this Court recorded in the order dated 24.3.2026 that the application submitted by the respondent no.7 was not in conformity with the provisions of Mamlatdar's Courts Act. Even, the Mamlatdar failed to comply with the statutory requirements regarding pleadings and material in conformity with provisions of the Act. In this backdrop, learned advocate appearing for respondent no.7 seeks permission to withdraw

wp 3075.26.odt the application that was filed before the learned Tahsildar with liberty to file appropriate application before the competent authority in accordance with the law.

In that view of the matter, writ petitions stands disposed off. The impugned orders are quashed and set aside with liberty in favour of the respondent no.7 to file fresh application in accordance with law.
