The learned AGP placed on record modified order dated 25.03.2026, whereby impugned order dated 20.03.2026 passed under Section 142(1) of Bombay Prohibition Act has been modified and restriction of sell of liquor on 26.03.2026 is made limited for its operation for the area under Jinsi Police Station, Aurangabad. 2.

In light of aforesaid modification, Mr. Undre, learned Advocate appearing for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner is redressed.

In result, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
