The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe is pending before the respondent Scrutiny Committee since 07.10.2025. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance cell inquiry has been conducted and even vigilance cell inquiry report has also been submitted to the Scrutiny Committee. He would further submit that to the said vigilance cell report, petitioner has also filed reply. 4.

Learned A.G.P. on the other hand submits that the proceeding has been posted for hearing today.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case by the end of May 2026.
