The petitioner has put-forth the following prayers : "A] The Hon'ble High Court maybe pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ thereby direct the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to give regular pension and other retiral benefits to the petitioner forthwith.

B] Pending hearing and final disposal of the Writ Petition, the Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to give regular pension and other retiral benefits to the petitioner forthwith".

Learned AGP however placed on record a copy of Roznama dated 27.01.2026 showing that tribe claim of the petitioner has already been disposed of by the respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner therefore seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition so as to challenge the order dated 27.01.2026 passed by respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee on Roznama.
