The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has tendered UDID Card which has been obtained by the Petitioner on the basis of Disability Certificate dated 14th March 2012 issued by the District Hospital, Ahmednagar and ratified by the Medical Committee then constituted.

The learned AGP appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 1/2

913-wp-3157-2026.doc and 4 has submitted that the impugned Notice dated 9th February 2026 only called upon the Petitioner to submit the UDID Card to the office as soon as possible. He has further submitted that the said Notice nowhere states that a fresh disability certificate is required to be obtained by the Petitioner along with the UDID Card. 3.

Considering that the Petitioner has now obtained UDID Card and which is tendered to this Court and taken on record and marked 'X' for identification, nothing survives in the Petition. 4.

The impugned Notice dated 9th February, 2026 issued by the Respondent No.3 which only calls upon the Petitioner to submit the UDID Card has been complied with.

The prayers in the Writ Petition are accordingly worked out. The Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
