The tribe claim of the petitioners of belonging to 'Rajgond' Scheduled Tribe is pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 27.11.2025 and therefore, the petitioners are seeking direction for expeditious disposal of the same.

Considering the fact that petitioners are desirous of prosecuting higher studies, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to make an endeavour to decide the said tribe claim of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of July 2026. 4.
