The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe is pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 15.04.2025 and therefore, the petitioner is seeking direction for expeditious disposal of the same.

Considering the fact that petitioner is desirous of prosecuting higher studies, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to make an endeavour to decide the said tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of July 2026. 4.
