The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has sought for time to file an additional affidavit bringing on record that rejection of the Petitioner's candidature for the post of Constable (GD) Examination 2025 is only on the ground that there is a mismatch in the Petitioner's name on online application form from that of his actual name. He has submitted that insofar as the Annexure 'B-1' to the Petition which is rejection slip dated 1 December 2025, the grounds 1 to 5 mentioned therein are not the grounds of rejection of the Petitioner's candidature as these have been complied with, which shall be brought on record by way of said affidavit.
