This petition takes exception to the order dated 14.11.2025 passed by the Family Court, Pune, in P. D. No. 30 of 2025. In the custody petition filed by the respondent, the learned Family Court by the impugned order has directed the present petitioner to bring the child for interview.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition filed by the respondent is not maintainable. It is submitted that the application under Order VII Rule XI for rejection of the Pramod S.Lakare 1/2

20-wp-3204-2026doc petition is also pending. It is submitted that the learned Family Court thus erred in passing the impugned order. 4.

The order impugned cannot be treated as an order adverse to the petitioner. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. The petition is dismissed.
