The petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of her tribe claim of belonging to the 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribes, which has been pending with Respondent No. 2 / Scrutiny Committee since 28/10/2025.

In view of the fact that the the petitioner is desirous of pursuing higher studies and requires the validity certificate, we direct Respondent No. 2 / Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's tribe claim as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of July 2026.

The petitioner shall extend full co-operation in deciding the tribe claim.
