By this petition, the petitioner seeks the expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to the 'Koli Malhar' Scheduled Tribe, which has been pending with Respondent No. 2 / Scrutiny Committee since 20/11/2025.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is desirous of pursuing higher studies and requires the validity certificate, we direct Respondent No. 2 / Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's tribe claim as expeditiously as possible, preferably by the end of July 2026.

The petitioner shall extend full co-operation in deciding the tribe claim.
