By this petition the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Thakur', Scheduled Tribe which is pending with Respondent No.1-Scrutiny Committee since 04.12.2024. 2.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of prosecuting his studies and needs validity certificate, we direct Respondent No.1- Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of August 2026.
