Petitioner is seeking directions against the respondents to absorp the petitioners on the post of Special Teacher (Sports) at cluster level of Zilla Parishad establishment as per the Government Resolution dated 02.01.2026. The petitioners have preferred representation to respondent No.3 and prayed that it should be decided.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4/State and upon instructions from respondent No.3 makes a statement that the [1]
