The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe is pending with Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee since 20.08.2025 and therefore the petitioner is seeking direction that the same be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.

Since the petitioner is prosecuting the studies with Respondent No.3-College and apprehends coercive action for non-submission of validity certificate, we direct Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of July 2026.

Till the tribe claim is decided Respondent No.3-College shall not disturb the admission of the petitioner.

Needless to state that the protection granted by this Court will operate only till the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided. The petitioner shall not claim any equity.
