The present petition has been filed seeking directions to Respondent No. 2 - the Deputy Director of Education to decide the Proposal submitted on 30.12.2024 for approval to the appointment of the petitioner on non grant post within a stipulated period. 2.

Learned GP waives notice for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Since the matter is pending before Respondent No. 2, the learned GP, upon instructions, submits that the said Proposal will be decided within a period of eight (8) weeks.

We accept the statement made by learned GP as an undertaking to the Court and dispose of the Writ Petition by directing Respondent No. 2 to decide the said Proposal within a period of eight
