Present petition has been filed for quashing the communication dated 08.02.2025, issued by respondent No.2 and then directing the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 5 to grant administrative sanction for the old pension to be made applicable to the petitioner. The alternative prayer is to direct the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to take the decision on the pending old pension proposal dated 12.11.2025 of the petitioner and release the amount. The petitioner is presently present for prayer clause 'C' by handing over the communication dated 27.01.2026, 904-WP-3313-2026 (corrected).odt

issued by Director, Other Backward Class Welfare Department to the Secretary of the said department. It has been stated that this proposal is still pending and opinions which were taken of the various departments and the authorities have been forwarded along with the said. 4.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and upon instructions from respondent No. 2, submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of 12 weeks from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking.
