The writ petition was placed today pursuant to the order dated 23 March 2026. The Respondent-State as well as the Respondent-University Mayur

915-WP-3065-2026 (C).doc have today informed this Court that the Government Resolution has been extended and that the affiliation of the Petitioner-Institute has been granted.

In view thereof, the Bar Council of India, i.e., Respondent No. 4, is directed to process the Petitioner's application for granting approval/affiliation to start a new three-year LL.B. course for the academic year 2026-27, as per the amended petition, within a period of six weeks from the date of this order.

The Petitioner shall upload the requisite documents in support of its application for approval/affiliation to start a new three-year LL.B. course for the academic year 2026-27 on the portal of the Bar Council of India. 4.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petition. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms, with no order as to costs.
