The Writ Petition has been stood over today for the learned AGP appearing for the Respondent - State to take instructions as to the decision taken on 24th February, 2026 by which the Petitioner - Institution's Minority Status Certificate has been suspended and whether there are any reasons for the suspension. Accordingly, we direct the Principal Secretary, Department of Minority Development, Respondent - State to provide aforementioned necessary instructions inorder for this Court, to consider whether the impugned order dated 24th February, 2026 is arbitrary and passed without reasons and by which the Minority Status Certificate of the Petitioner - Institution has been suspended. 4.

Place the Writ Petition on the Supplementary Board tomorrow i.e. 26th March, 2026.

The concerned Officer of Respondent - State shall also remain present tomorrow.
