Learned Counsel appearing for petitioner submits that the impugned order suspends the CL-3 licence of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner was issued a show cause notice calling upon him to submit his reply within a period of seven (7) days. The petitioner has accordingly submitted his reply to the vague and baseless allegations contained in the notice, however no final decision has been taken by the authority till date and the suspension order continues to remain in force, causing substantial loss to the petitioner.

In the light of the submissions advanced, learned A.G.P. is directed to take instructions as to why no final decision has been taken till date pursuant to the impugned order.
