Present writ petition takes exception to the prayer clause, which reads as under :- "B" Issue appropriate writ order or direction in the like nature of writ of certiorari, by which the impugned showcause notice dt.13/02/2026 be quash and set aside to the extent of suspension of license.

Learned A.G.P., upon instructions from Mr.Laxman Mutekar, Sub-inspector State Excise Department, who is personally present in Court today submits that respondent no.1 shall take final decision in pursuance to the show cause notice cum suspension order dated 13.2.2026 within a period of four

(4) weeks from today.
